The dementia research landscape has shown clear evidence that the dementia research field has grown since 2008.

Inevitably there is a time lag between funding being assigned, research undertaken, discoveries made and associated scientific publications being published. Given the recent initiatives and developments within dementia research, we would anticipate the trajectory of progress to continue, and possibly proportionally increase further.
